Emma Gibbs
CEO
Emma has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and an M.S. from Florida State University. She has over 10 years of experience in data analysis, software development, and project management. Emma has worked on a wide range of government and commercial projects and has developed a diverse skillset, allowing her to easily adapt to and quickly solve new problems. With her engineering background, she is able to uniquely perform analytics analyses while maintaining best practices.
Anthony Giunipero
CFO
Anthony holds a Masters Degree of Data Science from Northwestern University and earned his undergraduate degree in systems engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Anthony flew jets in the US Marine Corps. His time in the squadron taught him that problems typically have intuitive solutions, simplifying the complex drives competent execution, and that iterating quickly through the Observe-Orient-Decide-Act loop can provide a decisive edge. He took these lessons and applied them to his military and corporate career. He has led teams in operations, logistics, healthcare, and consumer finance in strategy and operations research. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, skiing, and taking his Chesapeake Bay Retriever out on the water.
